Skip the lot on a busy night.
The Stockyards does not publish a dedicated drop-off or rideshare zone, and Friday and Saturday nights are the busiest times on East Exchange Avenue. Tell us where you are headed, whether that is Billy Bob’s Texas, a restaurant or your hotel, and your chauffeur drops you on the nearest safe street and agrees a pickup spot.
Parking is cheaper if you live nearby and plan to drive yourself: a weekend lot is $22.50 plus fees, while our sedan starts at $170 one way. A chauffeured car makes sense for evenings with drinks, groups, visitors without a car, and trips from DFW Airport or Dallas. For dinner and a show, hourly service keeps the same chauffeur with you: 4 hours is $340 in a sedan before gratuity and fees.

Seeing the cattle drive
The Fort Worth Herd walks East Exchange Avenue twice a day, at 11:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., weather permitting, and it is free to watch. The Stockyards recommends viewing it from in front of the Livestock Exchange Building at 131 East Exchange Avenue. If you are coming for the drive, book your drop-off for at least 20 minutes before it starts so you are not stuck in traffic when the herd comes through.
