How it works

Name the FBO, not just the airport.

A private arrival is simpler than a commercial one and goes wrong in a different way: the aircraft lands early, or diverts to a second field, or the FBO on the booking is one of four on the same airport. We ask for the tail number so the chauffeur follows the actual aircraft rather than a scheduled time, and you can watch the same flight on FlightAware. Some owners block public tracking, and then your operator’s ETA is what we work from.

Departures work the other way. Tell us the wheels-up time and we build the drive back from it, with the traffic allowance the route needs. From Addison to downtown Dallas that is about 22 minutes in light traffic; from McKinney National to Legacy West about 21.

Addison (KADS) is the north Dallas business field, closest to the Tollway corridor and about 9 miles from Legacy West. Perot Field Fort Worth Alliance (KAFW) serves the north-west side, about 18 miles from downtown Fort Worth. Fort Worth Meacham (KFTW) is closer in, about 6 miles out. McKinney National (KTKI) covers Collin County, about 16 miles from Legacy West, and Dallas Executive (KRBD) sits about 11 miles south of downtown Dallas.
