Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the questions we hear most often. If you don’t see what you need, call (469) 617-1006 or email support@dfwblacklimo.com.

How is pricing calculated?
All trips are priced by the hour: $85 per hour for a sedan with a two-hour minimum, and $115 per hour for our Chevrolet Suburban with a three-hour minimum. Exact quotes are available online or by calling (469) 617-1006. See all rates.
What areas do you serve?
We cover the full Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, including DFW International Airport and Dallas Love Field, plus Dallas, Fort Worth, Frisco, Plano, Irving, Coppell, Carrollton, Arlington, Grapevine, Southlake, McKinney, and Denton, Collin, Rockwall, Ellis and Wise counties. See our full coverage guide or call if your location isn’t listed.
Do you offer wheelchair-accessible vehicles?
Yes. Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available on request. Please tell us when you book so we can assign the right vehicle.
Do you offer hourly or as-directed service?
Yes. Hourly and as-directed service places a chauffeur and vehicle at your disposal for a block of time, useful for multi-stop days, roadshows and events, at the same hourly rates as every other trip.
Do you offer corporate accounts?
Yes. Companies can consolidate billing across regular transfers, and a rewards program is available for travel coordinators and frequent travelers.
Are your chauffeurs licensed and background-checked?
Yes. Every chauffeur is fully licensed, trained, and cleared through comprehensive background and drug screening, operating under a strict drug- and alcohol-free workplace policy.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight in real time and adjust your pickup automatically at no extra charge, so a delay does not mean rebooking or an empty curb.
What amenities are included?
Complimentary bottled water and Wi-Fi come standard in every vehicle.
What is your zero-tolerance policy?
We maintain a drug-free and alcohol-free working environment. Employees are prohibited from unlawfully consuming, distributing, possessing, selling, or using controlled substances while on duty, and may not be under the influence of any controlled substance while at work, on company premises, or engaged in company business. Prescription and over-the-counter medications taken as prescribed are an exception.
How do I report a claim to the City of Dallas?
To report a claim to the City of Dallas, call 311.
Where does my chauffeur meet me at DFW Airport?
Tell us your terminal when you book. Your chauffeur meets you curbside at arrivals or inside baggage claim with a name sign, and confirms the exact meeting point before you land. See our DFW Airport guide.
Where do pre-arranged cars pick up at Dallas Love Field?
Dallas Love Field directs passengers using limousines and luxury vehicles to the valet pavilion and Garage C, Level 1. Follow the terminal signs after baggage claim to meet your chauffeur. Accessible pickups can be arranged at the lower-level curb. See our Love Field guide.
How far is DFW Airport from downtown Dallas?
About 20 miles, roughly 25 to 30 minutes in light traffic. Dallas Love Field is closer, about 6 miles from downtown.
Is waiting time included?
Yes. Reasonable waiting time is included, and flight delays never cost extra because we track your flight. Waiting well beyond the included allowance is billed at the vehicle’s hourly rate.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms depend on the vehicle and how much notice you give, and are confirmed with your booking. Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged in full.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Child and booster seats are available on request. Tell us the ages and number of children when you book.
