How do I know which vehicle I need?
Count your passengers first, then your luggage. The Cadillac XTS and Mercedes E350 comfortably seat three passengers with four suitcases. If you have more than four bags, or you are travelling with golf clubs, skis, or oversized cases, choose the Suburban.
Is the starting rate the price I pay?
The starting rate is the lowest flat rate for that vehicle. Your actual fare is determined by the zone pair for your trip. Gratuity, tolls, and airport fees may apply. You will see the full price before you confirm, either online or on the phone.
Can I book the same vehicle for a full day?
Yes. Hourly and as-directed hire is available on every vehicle in the fleet, with rates that vary by vehicle type and drive time. This is the usual choice for roadshows, multi-stop days, and events.
Do you have child seats?
Child and booster seats can be provided on request. Tell us the ages and number of children at the time of booking so the correct seats are fitted before your chauffeur departs.
