What a “zone pair” means
Rather than metering distance and time in real time, we group pickup and drop-off locations into zones across the Metroplex. A trip between two zones has a set rate for each vehicle class, so a Tuesday morning airport run and a Friday night rush-hour run to the same address cost the same. Traffic is our problem to plan around, not a variable that changes your fare mid-trip.
Starting rates by vehicle
Sedan service, in a Cadillac XTS or Mercedes-Benz E350, starts at $85. Our Chevrolet Suburban, seating up to four passengers with room for six suitcases, starts at $120. What is never added after the fact
Tolls, parking, and airport fees are disclosed as part of your quote, not tacked on afterward. If your flight is delayed, we track it and adjust the pickup at no extra charge. Extended waiting beyond a reasonable grace period is the only thing that can change a quoted rate, and we would tell you that up front too.
Hourly service, priced differently
Multi-stop days, roadshows, and events are better suited to hourly, as-directed service, where a chauffeur and vehicle are booked for a block of time rather than a single zone pair. Ask about hourly rates when your day does not fit a simple point-to-point trip.
